Honestly this was not the post I had planned for the day. But with all the hustle of moving and all the packing, unpacking and getting settled I didn’t get a chance to take any of my holiday pictures that I wanted to. Oh well. That’s life.
I wore this outfit over the weekend to a craft fair with my mom (and shot these pictures in a stairwell with my sister, no big deal). It’s just so super classic and easy to wear and I got so many compliments on it. For real, I’m not even exaggerating! Even my 97 year old grandmother loved it. Actually, she said “I like that sweater. If you don’t keep it, give it to me”. And that’s how you know something is good- it’s grandma approved!
I snagged this beauty online during the Black Friday sale madness. And let me tell you- this is the key piece to any comfy cozy winter outfit! It has been a while since I bought or ordered anything from Loft, but I have always loved their long cardigans and cozy knits that I just couldn’t resist. And plus- it was an amazing deal. It’s so soft, wears beautifully (no pilling!) and is crazy comfortable. During the move I had it on with leggings and a simple tee and it was amazing.
I would also like to take a hot second to talk about my monogram necklace. If you have been following me on Instagram for a while you know how much I’m obsessed with this thing. When I purchased it a few years ago I was on a super strict budget. The under $100 price tag was a total stretch for me, but I decided to splurge a little and went for it. I really wanted that giant monogram look, so I went with the large block acrylic monogram on a 16″ chain. And let me tell you. It’s perfect! It goes nicely with any top or dress. Basically, it’s the best. AND it comes in so many different colors and 3 different sizes making it the perfect gift for any monogram lover on your gift list. Buy it. Trust me, you wont be sorry!
